By purchasing this product, you are entering into the

 Group Category Competition.

• Participants in the groups of Two Dancers only, each dancer must have signed to partake in a Full or 1/2 package at the festival.
• Participants in the Group competition of Three or more dancers, each dancer must have signed up for at least Two workshops in order for the group to be qualified to enter the competition.

Refund policy: Due to the high excitement surrounding the NYCairo Festival and the limited space available, signing up as early as possible will guarantee your spot to take the workshops, perform and/or compete. However, we do realize that circumstances beyond your control may arise and, thus, prevent you from participating. We made our refund/ cancellation policy as customer-friendly as it can possibly be: Refund requests placed between August 1^st and October 31, 2019 will entitle the purchaser to receive a full refund, less 5% credit card and/or processing fees. Refund requests placed between November 1^st 2019 and January 31^st 2020 will entitle the purchaser to receive 50% of all monies paid. No refund after January 31^st 2020. In case of medical or other emergencies, participants can transfer their registration to another dancer. This process MUST be handled by NYCairo Festival management in order for it to be valid.
